Job Summary:

SUMMARY: Our client is a successful medical education agency with an experienced team of specialists. They are looking for a dynamic professional at Associate Director or Director level to help the agency to progress to the next level.

Requirements:

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Based in South West London, our client is an agency who develops programmes across pre and post launch for global, international and domestic products. Their international network covers North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Far East and the South Pacific.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with an established client base, securing new business and contributing to the overall company management as part of the senior management team.

You will be responsible for providing an effective strategic plan around business development and will play a role in senior implementation of this plan.

? Financial
Reporting monthly figures, working with finance department, clients and account teams, meeting and exceeding business plan targets.

? New Business / Growth
Identify and develop new business leads, establish yourself as an opinion leader, manage team to help growth on current Clients, reaching pre set targets.

? Client Management

Work with the senior team on Client management strategies, anticipating forward planning, organic growth, and opportunities for added value.

? People Management

Streamline team accounts, establish functionality and roles within the team, plan workloads, identify issues and opportunities amongst team members, coach team members, recruitment, appraisals, effective line management.

? Company Management
Active role in marketing, develop and communicate unique client offerings and USPs, develop market intelligence and awareness, play an active role in company management.

? Company Added Value
Work with the Board and identify where they can add value to the company in terms of in house training, Marketing insights, Sales insights, Industry insights and Marketing.

SKILLS:

Essential:

? Medical education/ communications
? A team mentality

Preferable:
? Agency experience
? Scientific/pharmaceutical background
